1. Purpose
Sixty Six Ducks publishes and operates Angel Converter (hereinafter the “Application”), a software which allows users (the “Users”) to convert an Adobe XD design into fully editable Figma designs.
The Application is available as a Figma plugin.
These general terms of use apply without any restriction or reservation to all the services provided by Sixty Six Ducks on the Application (hereinafter the “Services”).
2. Applications and Services operator, contact information
The Application and Services are operated by Sixty Six Ducks.

3. Prohibited use
The User retains full ownership of their converted designs. However, the User is prohibited from using the Angel Converter Application and Services to compete with or negatively impact our business.
For example, the User may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
- Use the Services to build a competing design conversion product or service.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Application to third parties.
- Automate or script the use of the Services for unauthorized mass conversions.
4. Duration of Services, termination
The Services are provided either through a one-time credit purchase or a lifetime access payment.
Sixty Six Ducks may terminate the Subscription or access of the User at any time and provide a refund for the rest of the period if applicable. When license violation is blatant and malicious, no refund will be issued.
5. Access to the Application and Services
The Application and Services are designed and intended for personal and professional use. Bots, scripting or other forms of mass-import are not permitted without our explicit authorization.
6. Registration on the Application
There is no registration process in the Application. No personal data is collected from Figma.
7. Financial conditions
Fees for "Credits" or "Unlimited" Services are indicated on our pricing page and Gumroad checkout.
We offer a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Services for any reason within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact us for a full refund.
Payment is processed by Gumroad, which keeps the User’s credit card information for this purpose. Sixty Six Ducks does not have access to any credit card information.
8. Sanctions for breach
Should a User breach any provision of these general terms, or more generally, should a User violate any applicable law or regulation, we reserve the right to take any appropriate measure, including suspending access to the Services.
9. Liability
Sixty Six Ducks undertakes to provide the Services diligently and professionally. However, we do not assure the Users that the Services will be totally free from errors, defects or flaws, or that they will specifically meet all needs and expectations.
10. Governing law
These general terms are governed by the applicable laws in our operating jurisdiction.
