The data controller is Sixty Six Ducks. We act as the data controller when you use our Application and Services.

2. What personal data we collect?

The Angel Converter Figma plugin doesn’t collect any personal data. Design files are processed locally in Figma's plugin sandbox and are never uploaded to an external server. If you purchase a license, we don’t have any credit card data because the payment is managed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects name, email, and credit card information to manage your payments. 3. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Gumroad as explained in point 2.

4. Are your personal data likely to be transferred outside the European Union?

Gumroad operates outside of the EU but they adhere to strict regulatory operations regarding data privacy and security.
